Long Distance Clients

My husband and I used Arje and Jim McCarty to buy our home and then to sell it several years later. Historically, we have not had the best luck with Realtors and needed to part ways with two of them in the past, so we were cautiously optimistic when we began working with Arje. I can say without  hesitation that Arje (and Jim in the background), did an exceptional job in representing us both as buyer’s agents and seller’s agents. This is a critical point because an excellent buyer’s agent does not necessarily make an excellent seller’s agent, as we learned before. Arje is a very seasoned professional who knows her stuff and, quite importantly, has an excellent network of stagers, photographers, contractors… pretty much anything you would need, which was particularly important for us because we live in Seattle and really needed people who could oversee the complete process of renovation and sale. Throughout the process of purchasing and ultimately selling our home several years later, we always felt confident that our best interests were being represented and that decisions were being made based on clear logic and solid information. I could not be more pleased with the representation we received. Finally, Arje is a lovely person with a good sense of humor and an ability to tolerate my eccentricities. I would recommend the McCarty Group without any reservation whatsoever. I just couldn’t be more pleased with them. Great work!
