Repeat Clients

The McCartys have helped us sell and purchase 3 homes. Our last sale and purchase were somewhat complicated. The home sale was in an area with a lot of inventory and competing upgrades within the homes. Added to that, the home we wanted to purchase was in a community where the homes barely came on the market, and were sold. Downsizing is complicated and stressful, but Jim and Arje’ are pros. They walked us through the process all the while assuring us with their calm, yet assured professionalism. Ultimately after a great deal of work and negotiations, they sold our home, and literally found us a new home in the community we wanted by reaching out through contacts and identifying a homeowner who wanted to sell their home, but was not interested in going through the listing process. It was the exact floor plan we wanted and we cannot be happier. The McCartys are one of a kind and we would recommend them without hesitation.
